We check we can do your order justice and that everything is good to go. You will usually hear back within four hours.

Once approved, payment is taken and we deliver your canapés fresh and chilled, by cargo bike across Central London.

Frequently asked questions

How much notice do you need?

The sooner the better, but we know the best occasions aren't always planned weeks ahead. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so every canapé can be made fresh on the morning of your event. If you're working to a tighter deadline, do get in touch anyway; we'll always try to help where we can.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across central London. Pop your postcode in at checkout and we'll confirm we can reach you, and if you're just outside our usual area, send us a line and we'll see what's possible.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Orders start at £150, which comfortably covers a small gathering. Delivery is added on top, and we'll confirm the exact fee when we approve your order.

How does payment work?

When you place your order, we take your card details to hold the date — but nothing is charged straight away. We review every order first to make sure we can do it justice, and only once we've confirmed it do we take payment, delivery fee included. No surprises, and no money leaves your account until you're confirmed.

How are the canapés delivered, do I need to do anything?

Cold canapés arrive chilled and ready to serve, straight from the box to your platter, no kitchen skills, no finishing required. Hot canapés work differently: they're cooked and served at your event by our team, so they're booked as a staffed package with catering and service staff rather than as a standard delivery. Let us know what you're planning and we'll quote it for you.

How many canapés should I order per person?

As a guide: four to six per person works well as a light bite alongside drinks, eight to ten for a longer reception, and ten to fourteen if the canapés are standing in for a meal. If you're unsure, tell us about your event and we'll happily suggest quantities.

Can you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?

Yes. We have full vegetarian and vegetarian-friendly ranges, and many of our canapés suit a range of diets. Several items contain nuts, which are clearly marked, if you have specific allergies in your party, let us know when you order and we'll guide you to the right selection. We can also adjust our current range to suit any dietary requirement.

Can you handle larger events?

Absolutely. For weddings, launches and corporate receptions, anything that needs staff, glassware and a full menu, our parent kitchen, Mayfair Catering, takes the whole thing in hand. Just head to our contact page and tell us the date.

Can you cater for more than canapés?

Yes. Our sister company Mayfair Catering offers a full range, from sandwiches and buffets to bowl food, dinners, drinks and full-service events across Central London.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because nothing is charged until we confirm your order, changes are easy in the early stages, simply reply to your order email. Once an order is approved and in production, then please give us as much notice as possible, we'll always do our best to accommodate.
