Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of [website URL] and any order you place with London Canapé Company. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.
About us
London Canapé Company is a premium canapé delivery service operated by Mayfair Catering Services Ltd. We prepare canapés fresh in our London kitchen and deliver them chilled and ready to serve.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you are asking us to prepare and deliver canapés for your event. This is a request, not a confirmed booking. We review every order, and your order is only confirmed once we approve it and take payment. We take your card details when you order so we can hold the date, but no payment is taken until your order is approved. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where we cannot meet the date, the delivery address falls outside our area, or stock is unavailable.
Notice
We ask for at least one working day's notice for cold canapés, and two working days for hot, so everything can be made fresh on the morning of your event. We will always try to help with shorter notice where we can.
Minimum order and delivery
Orders start at a minimum of £150. Delivery is charged in addition, and we confirm the exact delivery fee when we approve your order. We deliver across central London only. Please enter your postcode at checkout so we can confirm we can reach you.
Pricing
Canapés are sold in sets of 20, priced at £38, £44, £52 or £60 per set depending on the selection. We take care to show prices and descriptions accurately, but prices may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors before your order is approved.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Several of our canapés contain nuts and other allergens, which are clearly marked. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee any item is entirely free from traces. If anyone in your party has a specific allergy, please tell us when you order and we will guide you to suitable selections.
Larger events
For weddings, launches, corporate receptions and events that need staff, glassware and a full menu, our parent kitchen, Mayfair Catering, can take the whole thing in hand. Please use our enquiry page to tell us the date.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photography, logos and menu descriptions, belongs to Mayfair Catering Services Ltd, trading as London Canapé Company, and may not be used without our permission.
Our responsibility to you
We take great care over every order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
